As fast-paced, motivated, and curious as the industry in which he thrives, Will has a long history of developing complex applications and exploring how technical proficiency can shape interactivity and experience on the Web. Over his career, he has worked with clients that include Oakley, Thomson Reuters, WebAssist, TalkingRain, Microsoft, Talyst, Musicland and The Grammy Foundation. An active participant in the open source community, Will’s ability to rapidly develop competitive solutions continually evolves as he guides his team in building architectures and applications that are as intuitive as they are powerful.
Brian McGarvey has over 20 years of experience as a visionary executive working with mobile, media/entertainment and technology companies. Brian's passions include learning everything he can about cutting edge technologies and creating and maintaining lasting relationships with clients & partners. Most recently, he was Vice President of Business Development for Zumobi, creating partnerships for ad-sponsored content on mobile devices. Prior to Zumobi Brian was VP of the Americas for the mobile division of Vivendi Universal Games where he built and launched the company’s North and South American mobile business. He worked as Senior Vice President of Sales at Airborne Entertainment, a mobile content company for major entertainment properties. As Director of Marketing for Cingular/AT&T Wireless, Brian was responsible for customer acquisition and content partnerships for mMode, a notable consumer offering. He also held sales and marketing roles at Microsoft, Spry/CompuServe and iCat. Brian is also well known as the CEO and co-founder of the consumer services company, mylackey.com.

If he isn't spending his rainless weekends in Seattle shooting for a hole-in-one golfing or conquering a new water sport, you will find him becoming more proficient on his true passion: design and branding. With an eye for the traditional Bauhaus design aesthetic, Ethan loves much more than just circles, squares, and triangles. Utilizing his vast Illustration and typography skills, Ethan strives to achieve individuality on every single project touched. After working in one of Seattle's elite branding houses, Hornall Anderson, he found himself contracting for departments such as Zune and Entertainment & Devices at Microsoft's incubation site in Downtown Seattle. Most recently he has helped ignite various Seattle based companies to find their edge in self promotion and marketing with thought provoking conceptual web, mobile, interactive and print solutions.
