Description: We worked with Chase Jarvis on his Seattle 100 project: a cultural journey through some of Seattle's most artistic, energetic, and thought provoking citizens. Seattle 100 is a cultural experiment meant to give people a greater sense of what our city is capable of; by combining photography, video, the book itself, and an interactive website, we were able to manifest this experiment. The Superformula designed and developed the website that encourages exploration of Seattle through these individuals and their favorite places through an interactive showcase and map.
The Community of Seattle also has a chance to speak up! Community 100 is a place for others to submit their person or place to be included on the map and on the Facebook Open Graph.

Description: Can you really taste wine online? For this Sonoma County winery, we started with the visitor’s experience of being at the source, meeting top-rate staff known for their trademark hospitality, mingling in the outdoor gardens during an al fresco cooking class, and learning about making artisan wines “grape by grape”. Next, we improved the winery’s online ordering, and enabled new users to join their wine club and browse the wine library in detail before booking plans for an in-person tour & tasting.

Description: We helped PingGadget launch their next generation micro-blogging service. PingGadget integrates with Twitter and Facebook, but gives it's users trends they want to listen to. Users can create their own categories to monitor and participate in. There's less congestion and the interface needed to be fun and easy to use; we designed and coded the front end for the new platform. http://www.pinggadget.com/

Description: When Boyne wanted to redefine the online presence for Crystal Mountain, Brighton, and The Summit at Snoqualmie, we integrated media into their sites to create a more dynamic and motion-oriented user experience. Coining our technology as “Crystal Vision”, we created a tool which enables internal marketing to upload and manage media content with ease, and site visitors to upload photos and videos for display on the website.

Testbed for Sportband Watches
Description: Behind every ground-breaking hardware innovation there lies a story of how it was architected. This project became the hardworking foundation that Nike's product development teams used to build the consumer hardware we see and use today. We created a middleware proxy that stored the data, then presented it in an elegant graphical interface which remained flexible enough to meet the dev teams testing demands. From allowing new features to be added to the firmware on the device without modifying production servers, to keeping the connection to these servers open while testing - we could emulate and test the full process and modify the data stream simultaneously. In essence we built the tools to help Nike's brand build their future.

Description: Enjoying excellent wine, award winning tastes, and first-class photography; the experience of working with Robert Sinskey Vineyards. We had the pleasure of helping RSV design and develop their new web presence. We were able to capture the essence of the organic and biodynamic winery through many trips to Napa valley to experience their unique property. It's not often you're able to find a winery in the heart of Napa that has the sort of spirit and liveliness as you'll find at RSV.

Strategy & UI/UX
Description: Creating an easy-to-use and simple-to-understand desktop widget is no easy task. But it’s one that we enjoy. Before launching Verdiem’s new energy-saving application to enterprise customers including HP, IBM, and Honeywell -- we successfully completed a User Experience design phase including wireframes, use case diagrams, and workflow examples. After UX, our iterative approach with Verdiem’s internal team allowed us to create the ideal user interface and iconography to support our goal of intuitive interaction.
